Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time:12:00 PM
  • Check-out time:11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Identification Requirement

All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in, as per local regulations.

  • Indian guests may provide Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport
  • Foreign guests must present a valid Passport and Visa 

Booking & Payment

  • A 30% advance paymentmay be required to confirm your booking
  • The remaining amount can be paid at the time of check-in
  • Booking confirmation is subject to availability and receipt of payment

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change:

  • Enjoy a full refundif the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the check-in time (12:00 PM) 
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-inwill incur a 100% cancellation charge
  • In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

Guest & Stay Policy

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests:

  • Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior
  • Any damage to hotel property may result in additional charges
  • Policies regarding smoking and pets can be confirmed with the hotel at the time of booking
  • All guests must comply with local laws and regulations

Taxes (GST)

  • All applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per government regulations
  • Final billing will include applicable tax components

Additional Charges

  • Early check-in / late check-out (subject to availability)
  • Extra bed charges (if requested)
